Resolved. The application enumeration and launch issue experienced by some Virtual Apps Essentials customers has been resolved. The failure was a result of network connectivity issue between small set of back-end components to a third party hosted database. We are working with the third-party vendor to identify root cause for the network connectivity issue. We are continuing to actively monitor the impacted components to ensure there is no re-occurrence of the issue.

We have taken actions to mitigate the application launch and enumeration issue experienced by some Virtual Apps Essentials customers. Some of the previously impacted customers have confirmed that they are now able to launch the application successfully. However, we are continuing to monitor the situation and will post more updates as we learn more

Some US customers of Virtual App Essentials service are currently experiencing an issue where end users are unable to see their applications in Workspace after login. This issue is preventing end users from launching applications. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide more updates as we learn more.
