We have identified the issue impacting the SD-WAN zero-touch provisioning service and are taking measures to resolve it. The remediation is taking longer than previously anticipated. We will provide a further update in 1 hour.

We are currently monitoring an issue that prevents new SD-WAN appliances from performing zero-touch provisioning. There is no impact to existing SD-WAN appliances already deployed. Citrix engineering teams are investigating and will provide hourly updates. Please open a support case for urgent issues.
