We have fully resolved the Citrix Gateway service issue impacting end-users trying to launch SaaS and Web apps in Workspace. All end-users are able to launch SaaS and Web apps. Should further issues be seen, please contact Citrix Technical Support.

We have identified the cause of Citrix Gateway service impacting end-users trying to launch SaaS and Web apps on the Workspace. Our team has enabled a fix and end-users might see increased latency when accessing SaaS and Web apps. We are working towards a full resolution and will provide an update once further information is available.
