Resolved. Connector connectivity checks have resumed executing as expected

We're currently monitoring an issue related to the Citrix Cloud connector connectivity check failing. Engineers have root caused the issue and are actively working towards resolution. There is no impact to end users at this time. Engineers have confirmed that connectors remain operational and functional despite the failed connectivity check alert. New connectors will fail to install due to the connectivity check failure, but a workaround is available. Refer to this KB article https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX241284 for additional detail and workaround guidance.
