At this time all services are operating normally. We have also confirmed with our third-party provider that the issue is resolved at their end.

We are monitoring an issue affecting Virtual Apps and Desktop service customers, preventing users from launching applications. We have identified the root cause and are continuing to work with our third-party providers to resolve the issue. We will continue to monitor and provide an update as soon as new information is available.
