All issues impacting end user and administrator access to Citrix Cloud have been resolved.

End users can access Workspace, including all supported modes of Azure Active Directory federation and Active Directory + TOTP multi factor authentication.

Administrators are able to login and access citrix.cloud.com, including administrators logging in via federation to Azure Active Directory.

All issues impacting end user access to Workspace and administrator access to citrix.cloud.com have been mitigated. 

Administrators are able to login and access the site, including logins federated via Azure Active Directory. End users are able to access their Workspace, including all supported modes of Azure Active Directory federation and Active Directory + TOTP multi factor authentication.

Citrix engineering continues to monitor this situation closely and will update this site if more information becomes available.

Issues impacting end user access to Workspace have been mitigated. End users can now access their Workspace, including all supported modes of Azure Active Directory federation and Active Directory + TOTP multi factor authentication.

Issues impacting administrator access to citrix.cloud.com have also been mitigated. Administrators using Citrix Identity are able to login and access the site. Administrators using Azure Active Directory federation remain impacted at this time.

Citrix engineering continues to work towards resolution for Azure Active Directory administrators access to Citrix Cloud. This site will be updated as more information becomes available.

Citrix engineering continues to investigate impact to Workspaces configured for end users to login using Azure Active Directory or configured for two factor authentication using Active Directory + TOTP. Impacted end users are unable to login and access resources in workspaces configured with these settings. This site will be updated as more information becomes available.

We're currently experiencing an issue impacting access to citrix.cloud.com. Administrators are not able to access the site to login. Workspaces configured for end users to login using Azure Active Directory or configured for two factor authentication using Active Directory + TOTP are impacted. End users accessing Workspaces configured with those identity options are unable to login to their Workspace. Citrix engineering is currently investigating and working towards resolution. This site will be updated as more information becomes available.
