We have been made aware of issues ongoing for certain users of the Citrix Files application. Users in our EU control plane may be experiencing issues accessing and using the ShareFile Web Application.

Our Operations and Engineering teams have identified the cause and are working diligently to resolve the issue. We will provide further updates as soon as additional information becomes available.
