At this time, we believe the issue to be fully resolved, and all functionality within Citrix Workspace should be performing normally. 

Please contact Citrix Technical Support if there are any other issues utilizing the service.

Citrix Cloud services have been recovered and access to Workspace has been restored.
Citrix engineering continues to monitor to ensure service availability.
If additional information becomes available we will update this site.

We are currently investigating an issue where some users cannot reach their workspace URL.

We will continue to update this status as we know more details on this issue.
