At this time we believe the issue has been fixed and all remediations are applied. Customers from US West should no longer experience high latency in accessing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop. Our operations and engineering teams will continue to monitor closely.

We are aware of an issue impacting users in US West region who may be experiencing increased latency accessing Citrix Virtual App Essentials & Citrix Virtual Desktop Essentials applications. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide an update as it becomes available.
