At this time we believe the Citrix Analytics issues to be fully resolved based on the mitigation steps completed by our engineering teams. We continue to monitor closely. If any further issues are seen, please contact Citrix Technical Support.

Some customers in the US are unable to access Citrix Analytics. We are currently investigating and will post a follow up update when the issues is mitigated.
