At this time we believe the Citrix Analytics issues to be fully resolved based on the mitigation steps completed by our engineering teams. We continue to monitor closely. If any further issues are seen, please contact Citrix Technical Support.

Citrix engineers have identified the issue and actively working on resolution. We will post an update once we have mitigation or resolution in place. Impacted customers are still not able to access the service.

Citrix Analytics is facing a partial outage that is impacting some customers. Impacted customers will not be able to access the service. This only impacts US customers. We are currently investigating this issue.
