At this time we believe the Citrix Analytics issues to be fully resolved based on the mitigation steps completed by our engineering teams. We continue to monitor closely. If any further issues are seen, please contact Citrix Technical Support.

Mitigation is now in place and users are able to access the Citrix Analytics site. A minimal set of users may experience intermittent network errors while the page is loaded. We will provide an update once all regions are functioning normally.

Citrix engineers have identified the issue and actively working with Microsoft on resolution. We will post an update once we have mitigation or resolution in place. Impacted customers are still not able to access the service.

Citrix Analytics is facing intermittent access issues that is impacting some customers. Impacted customers may not be able to access the service. This only impacts US customers. We are currently investigating this issue.
