At this time we believe the gateway latency issues to be fully resolved based on the mitigation steps completed by our engineering teams. We continue to monitor closely. If any further issues are seen, please contact Citrix Technical Support.

We're currently investigating an issue impacting users connecting through Gateway Service to app and desktop resources.  Administrators on Citrix Cloud may also see intermittent errors when managing the Gateway Service.  Citrix engineering is investigating and working with on resolution. As more information is available we'll update this site.
