At this time we believe the gateway latency issues to be fully resolved based on the mitigation steps completed by our engineering teams. We continue to monitor closely. If any further issues are seen, please contact Citrix Technical Support.

We continue to monitor an issue impacting end users connecting through Gateway Service.  Citrix engineering is actively working on mitigation and resolution. As more information is available we'll update this site

A number of customers are still experiencing gateway latency issues. Citrix engineering teams are continuing to implement the solution. W
