At this time we believe the incident with Citrix Endpoint Management Service to be fully resolved based on the mitigation steps completed by our engineering teams.

Citrix Teams are still investigating the issue impacting Citrix Endpoint Management for some customers.
 
Customers may be experiencing issues accessing Citrix Endpoint Management. Intermittent issues when customers are connecting and accessing the console.
  
Citrix engineering is diligently investigating the issue and working on mitigation.

The team will provide additional updates once it becomes available.

Intermittent access issues to CEM are being experienced by some customers. We are working to research and resolve the issue and will provide updates as soon as additional information is available.
