Citrix Engineers have identified and resolved the issue impacting customers in the US region. Customers were experiencing intermittent latency issues, but will no longer experience these issues after the mitigation conducted by Citrix teams.

A Citrix Analytics Service issue may be impacting some customers in US region. Customers in the region may experience intermittent latency issues. Web page refresh is needed to clear the error. We are currently investigating this issue.
