Citrix Engineering is aware of connectivity issues to Citrix Cloud from China. We are actively working to restore connectivity to the subset of customers impacted in the region. This could take several days. We will post an update on this site once full connectivity has been restored for all customers. Please contact Technical Support if you need immediate assistance.

Citrix teams have been made aware of issues that might prevent a small subset of AP-S customers from accessing Citrix Cloud Services. Citrix Engineering is investigating the issue and will provide more information as it becomes available. We continue to monitor closely.
