Maintenance details

To improve the NetScaler Gateway Service we will be making infrastructure changes to some of our locations in North America, Europe and Australia.  NetScaler Gateway Service will remain fully available during this maintenance period.   No changes or action is needed by our customers.  Customers may experience transient connectivity changes and increased connection latency as the maintenance is performed, but no availability issues are anticipated.  Our 24/7 operations team will be monitoring the service closely during this window to address any issues that may arise.   Customers are encouraged to contact Citrix support if they have any queries about this planned maintenance. The service maintenance windows will be conducted as follows: WINDOW 1: North America Locations April 24 20:00 PST to April 25 02:00 PST WINDOW 2: Europe and Australia Locations April 25 10:00 PST to April 25 18:00 PST
