Maintenance details

To improve the NetScaler Gateway Service we will be performing system upgrades in Australia, West Europe, North Europe and US South Central. NetScaler Gateway Service will remain fully available during this maintenance period. No changes or action is needed by our customers. Customers may experience transient connectivity changes and increased connection latency as the maintenance is performed, but no availability issues are anticipated. Our 24/7 operations team will be monitoring the service closely during this window to address any issues that may arise. Customers are encouraged to contact Citrix support if they have any queries about this planned maintenance.
