We are aware of connection stability problems impacting NetScaler Gateway Service. Users may occasionally experience 'screen freezes' and (less frequently) be disconnected from their session. We have determined the cause and are in the process of rolling out a change worldwide to restore connection stability. Where possible, changes will be applied outside of normal business hours for each geographic location.

We will provide updates when the change has been fully applied globally, or as the situation requires.
