Maintenance details

Beginning the evening of Monday, April 9th the Citrix Operations team will begin routine maintenance on the NetScaler Gateway Service. This maintenance will be done on various regions over the course of four days at times most accommodating to the traffic patterns we see on the respective region's infrastructure. Maintenance will conclude on the evening of April 12th.

During maintenance, there is no expected downtime or adjustments needed. There is a possibility of some latency for users who may be using services during maintenance. Again, this maintenance will be done during periods of low-use to avoid as much impact as possible. We will update our status page once maintenance is complete.
