Maintenance details

Citrix will be conducting planned maintenance in US region of the Citrix Analytics Service (CAS) on Wednesday, December 3, 2019 starting at 9:30 PM EST (GMT-5) and ending on Thursday December 4, 2019 at 1:30 AM EST (GMT-5).

During this time, users will be able to access and use their environments delivered through Citrix Cloud Services without service interruption. However, the following functionality may be impacted:
  • Some Administrators will experience intermittent login issues of up to 15 minutes while logging into Citrix Analytics
  • The service may experience delays in event processing during the maintenance window
