Maintenance details

Citrix will be conducting planned maintenance in EU region of the Citrix Analytics Service (CAS) on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 starting at 9:00 PM EST (GMT-5) and ending on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 1:00 AM EST (GMT-5).

During this time, users will be able to access and use their environments delivered through Citrix Cloud Services without service interruption. However, the following functionality may be impacted:

  • Some Administrators will experience intermittent login issues of up to 15 minutes
  • Users may experience delays in event processing during the maintenance window
