Citrix will be conducting planned maintenance in the EU region of the Citrix Analytics Service (CAS) on Thursday, December 19, 2019 starting at 9:00 PM EST (GMT-5) and ending on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 11:00 PM EST (GMT-5).

During this time, users will be able to access and use their environments delivered through Citrix Cloud Services without service interruption. However, the following functionality may be impacted:

  • Some Administrators will experience intermittent login issues of up to 15 minutes
  • Users may experience delays in event processing during the maintenance window
