Maintenance details

To improve the NetScaler Gateway Service we will be making DNS infrastructure changes beginning 18:00 PST March 6th. NetScaler Gateway Service will remain fully available during this maintenance period. No changes or action is needed by our Customers. Customers may experience transient connectivity changes and increased connection latency as the DNS changes propagate globally, but no availability issues are anticipated. Our 24/7 operations team will be monitoring the service closely during this window to address any faults that may arise. Customers are encouraged to contact Citrix support if they have any queries about this planned maintenance.
